There is no reason why orthodontic treatment can’t be fun!!! Therefore, Dr. Robinson and his team strive to make patient visits enjoyable.
We always have fresh cookies, lemonade, and coffee in our waiting area for our patients and their families to enjoy.
At our office, each patient is encouraged to participate in our points/reward program. Our patients can earn wooden nickels during each visit for things like being on time for his or her appointment, displaying excellent oral hygiene, and for good elastic (rubber band) wear and/or headgear wear. These wooden nickels can be saved up and redeemed for gift cards and other special rewards of the patient’s choosing.
Occasionally, we have seasonal contests at our office that our patients can participate in to earn a prize.Once a year we show our gratitude to our patients and their families by throwing a Patient Appreciation Party.
